Legumes and Cereals

Since 2011 we decided to invest in legumes and cereals. Our methods of cultivation take a strong focus on the environment, moving towards organic production methods, therefore in our fields we use organic products.

Each culture is followed at every stage: from sowing to harvest up to transformation and subsequent packaging.

Our products:

excellence cicerchia (a herbaceous climbing similar to that of peas, its fruit is big as a small pebble), and roveja (wild pea with coloured seeds ranging from dark green to brown gray), abandoned ancient cultivations in which we believe and invest, not only lentils, chickpeas and farro.
